SlimMetrix Amazon and Walmart: Where to Buy Slim Metrix Safely
SlimMetrix listings on Amazon, Walmart or eBay cannot be checked by this site, and they are not covered by the 60-day refund desk. The safe place to buy Slim Metrix is the authorized U.S. retailer at goslimmetrix.com, where orders carry the 60-day money-back guarantee and one phone line, +1 (562) 523-2626. If you already bought elsewhere, compare the label and lot number with the details below.
Is SlimMetrix sold on Amazon or Walmart?
Listings using the Slim Metrix name can turn up on Amazon, Walmart and eBay. This site cannot check what is inside those bottles, who stored them or how old they are, so we advise against buying there.
The bigger issue is the refund. The 60-day money-back guarantee is run by the order desk, and that desk can only look up orders placed through the authorized merchant. A marketplace order has no order ID it can find, so it has no refund route here.
Local stores and pharmacies are not a source either. As far as we know, Slim Metrix is not sold there. The product is ordered online.

How to check a SlimMetrix bottle you already bought
If a bottle arrived from a marketplace, compare it with the label this site transcribes on the Slim Metrix Supplement Facts page. These are the details to look for:
- Form. A vegetable capsule in a bottle of 30. Not a pouch, gummy or liquid drops.
- Directions. Adults take one (1) capsule daily, preferably in the morning, with or without food.
- Printed amounts. Zinc 5.5 mg and chromium 0.05 mg (50 mcg), plus a 276 mg proprietary blend.
- Ten ingredients. Zinc, chromium, and eight blend members including berberine, green tea extract, alpha lipoic acid, milk thistle and Korean ginseng.
- Other ingredients. Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Orders from this site ship against lot SLI-26/GO-6640 with CoA reference SLI-6640-26-GO. These are reference numbers, not lab proof, but a lot that does not match is a reason to ask questions.
Red flags on a SlimMetrix listing
Whatever the site, these claims are a sign to close the tab:
- Approval claims. Supplements are not FDA approved. Slim Metrix is a dietary supplement, not a drug.
- “Lose 30 lbs in a month.” No weight-loss amount is promised for Slim Metrix.
- “As seen on TV” or a celebrity doctor. We know of no celebrity or named doctor behind this product.
- “Sold in a pouch” or “liquid drops.” Slim Metrix is a vegetable capsule in a bottle of 30.
- A different phone number. Copycat “official” sites are common. The order desk number is +1 (562) 523-2626.
How the SlimMetrix refund desk works
Orders placed on goslimmetrix.com are covered for 60 days from the purchase date. To use the guarantee, call +1 (562) 523-2626 with your order ID, then mail the bottles to 875 Third Avenue, Floor 28, New York, NY 10022. You pay tracked return shipping, so use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
The desk is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. The website email, [email protected], cannot see orders, so refunds always go through the phone line. Full terms sit on the refund policy page.
Before you order, it helps to know what is in the capsule. Our post on the Slim Metrix Supplement Facts and chromium Daily Value reads the label line by line, and green tea extract and liver safety covers the main caution. The Slim Metrix home page has the full product summary.
