The capsules are identical in every pack. Each one holds 5.5 mg zinc, 50 mcg chromium and a 276 mg proprietary blend, as the Supplement Facts panel shows. Only three things change: the bottle count, the total and the shipping line.
The tags come from the brand. A “Best value” tag usually points to the lowest cost per bottle. You can only confirm that by comparing the three totals on the order page.
Cost per day
How do you work out the Slim Metrix cost per day?
You need one number from the order page. The calculator handles the division.
Add shipping to the pack total, then divide by the days the capsules last. Written as a formula: (pack total + shipping) ÷ (bottles × 30).
The 30 comes from the label. A bottle holds 30 capsules and the dose is one a day, so each bottle covers 30 days in any pack.
Worked example using $X
Suppose the order page shows $X for the 2-bottle pack, with no shipping charge. Here $X is a placeholder for the figure you see. It is not a real price.
Per bottle
$X ÷ 2 bottles = $X/2 for one bottle.
Days covered
2 bottles × 30 capsules = 60 days at one capsule a day.
Per day
$X ÷ 60 days = the cost of one capsule, which is one day of use.
If a shipping line appears, add it to $X before you divide. Repeat with the 3 and 6-bottle totals. The lowest daily figure is the cheapest per day. It is not always the best fit, as the next sections explain.

Is the Slim Metrix price good value?
The one caution here: the amounts are small next to the studies.
50 mcg
Chromium per capsule. Weight trials used 200–1,000 mcg a day, so one capsule is 25% of the lowest dose.
276 mg
The whole blend. Even if all of it were berberine, it would be 55% of the lowest 500 mg trial dose.
5.5 mg
Zinc per capsule. That is 50% of the 11 mg Daily Value, a normal amount for a supplement.
Value depends on what each capsule holds, not only on the total. Berberine trials used 0.5 to 1.5 g a day (Dong et al., 2012). Chromium weight trials used 200 to 1,000 mcg and found about 0.5 kg of extra loss (Onakpoya et al., 2013). The Slim Metrix blend shares 276 mg among eight ingredients, and the label does not say how much of each.
So the cost per day buys a simple one-capsule routine with small amounts of several researched ingredients. It does not buy a trial-level dose of any one of them. Keep that in mind when you compare packs, and use the guarantee if the product does not suit you.
