How does Slim Metrix tracking work?
Tracking comes by email. Four stages take you from checkout to your door.

No tracking email yet? Look in spam and promotions first. Then call the order desk with the name and email you used at checkout.
Keep the tracking email until your bottles are checked and put away. If a return is ever needed, the same order ID starts that process too.
What arrives in a Slim Metrix parcel?
Count the bottles first. The number should match your pack.
Your parcel holds the number of bottles in your pack: 2, 3 or 6. Each Slim Metrix bottle has 30 capsules, a white cap and a purple label.
The capsules come in a bottle, never a loose pouch or bag. If anything else arrives, keep it sealed and call the desk.
- 2 bottles: 60 capsules, a 60-day supply
- 3 bottles: 90 capsules, a 90-day supply
- 6 bottles: 180 capsules, a 180-day supply
Take a quick photo of the labels and the base of one bottle. It records the lot number for our bottle checks.

How should you store Slim Metrix capsules?

Keep the bottles somewhere cool and dry, with the lid closed tightly. That is general advice for supplement capsules. The supplied label images do not print special storage steps.
Heat and damp are the main risks. A bathroom cabinet gets steamy, and a car in summer gets hot. A kitchen cupboard away from the stove is usually a better spot.
